Northern Retreat - Burt Lake's Western Shore
Enjoy all Burt Lake has to offer with this 4,000 sqft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Rent or bring your own boat and cruise the entire Inland Waterway. Mooring Buoy for your boat usage. Water stays shallow for a good distance (about 30 inches deep at dock end) and is all sand perfect for little swimmers. Boat or Swim all day and finish with a great BBQ dinner on the deck and a fire to end the evening. Wake up early and enjoy a breathtaking sunrise! Water views from nearly every room in the house. Master Suite on the main floor offers a King size bed with a desk for personal use. Views of the Lake make working from "home" a pleasure. Large attached Master Bath is spacious with double sinks, a large walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One Bedroom has a Queen/Queen bunked and a stand alone Queen. The other bedroom offers a king sized bed. There is also a single pull out couch in the upstairs open area.
Additionally on the main floor there is a very comfortable thick plush couch located on the sunporch which folds down into a Full size bed. There is a half bath next to the kitchen. Guests have full access to the house, minus 3 locked storage areas. Attached garage is open/accessible. Detached garage is reserved for owner use. Guests may use the dock- but please don't touch boats/hoists/jetskis. Guest boats must use mooring buoy for storage, not dock. Management company does have access to Kayaks which may be rented on a first come first serve basis.

- Master bedroom with its king sized bed and a full ensuite private bath is located on the main level. Views of the lake from large sliding glass door which provides direct Jet Skiing access to lake side deck. Private Bathroom has a large walk in shower and garden jetted bathtub.
- Bedroom number two is located upstairs and offers a queen/queen bunk bed and additional queen bed
- Third Bedroom offers another King bed.
- Also available in the upstairs area is a single person pull out couch
- 2nd full bath is located upstairs and shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. It offers a tub/shower combo and double sinks
- Additionally the sunroom can be closed off and used privately as a 4th bedroom with its fold down couch / futon

The house was fantastic and had plush bedding, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, toaster and toaster oven, Slow cooker, lots of spices. Also included sticks for s’mores and firewood. The outdoor and indoor spaces were amazing and you have an absolutely beautiful lake house. Everyone was more than pleased with our stay. It was better even than expected!
