Our Team

Inland Escapes has been owned and operated by Kayla Friske for several years. My experience with home care and cleaning began as a teenager working alongside my mother. After my previous position with McLaren Homecare was outsourced, I transitioned to full-time vacation rental cleaning, year-round.
As our business grew, I expanded my team to maintain high standards across all properties. My core cleaning crew includes my mother Carla, my son Ashton, and my sister Rosie, with additional part-time staff brought in as needed. Each team member is highly trained, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring every property is clean, organized, and staged for guests.
